WNCC Foundation

Dear Friends,

As President of the Western Nebraska Community College Foundation, I welcome you to our website and introduce you to the activities and the many opportunities available through our organization.

For more than forty years, the many volunteers who have served on our board continually plan for the needs of our students and ensure that WNCC will continue providing an excellent education far into the future.  The Foundation serves to expand access and maintain affordability of education to all of our constituents within the communities of our service area.  Students are our top priority.

Western Nebraska Community College is an important local resource that benefits not only our students, but our entire community.   You may have your own unique reasons for wanting to support students at WNCC.  Perhaps you were a beneficiary of a scholarship when you attended school.  Maybe you recognize what a dramatic difference financial support can make in the life of a student.  You might want to extend the opportunity to attend a quality institution of life=long learning that not only helps traditionally underserved students, but also improves the local economy and keeps young people in our area.  It may be that you see student support as an investment in the future - the region, the world, your industry, or your community.  You might be honoring a loved one.  The reasons for supporting students are diverse.

Whatever your reason, making a gift to support students at Western Nebraska Community College is one of the most impactful ways you can make a difference in the Panhandle.  Whether it's through annual contributions, memorial and honorary gifts, the creation of expendable or endowed scholarships, or through programmatic support, ever dollar you give makes a difference.

Your generous gifts provide the resources that benefit our students, faculty, staff, and the entire Western community.

The Foundation... "Helping Students, Changing Lives."

Sincerely,

Howard P. Olsen, Jr.
