Important Financial Aid Dates for Spring 2019

November 26 - February 1: book charging for qualifying students
February 8: first disbursement of financial aid
February 15: first disbursement of loans for first-time borrowers
March 1: priority deadline for filing 2019-2020 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
March 1: deadline for filing 2019-2020 WNCC General Scholarship application
March 15: second disbursement of spring-only loans
May 17: Satisfactory Academic Progress calculated and emails sent

Verification Gateway has come to WNCC!

We are pleased to announce that WNCC has established a partnership with Inceptia to provide FAFSA verification services for our students! Students selected for FAFSA verification will be notified by Inceptia with instructions for accessing the Verification Gateway portal to complete the verification process. Inceptia, a division of National Student Loan Program (NSLP), is a nonprofit organization committed to helping schools launch brilliant futures for their students.

You're not alone when it comes to student loans. WNCC is please to partner with Inceptia, a division of National Student Loan Program (NSLP), to provide you with FREE assistance on your Federal student loan obligations to ensure successful, and comfortable, loan repayment. Inceptia's friendly customer representatives may reach out to you during your grace period to answer questions you have about your loan obligation and/or repayment options. They may also contact you if your loan(s) become delinquent. Inceptia is not a collection agency. We've partnered with them to help you explore a wide variety of possibilities such as alternative repayment plans, deferment, consolidation, discharge, forgiveness, and forbearance options. Inceptia will stay in touch with you via phone calls, letters, and/or emails to help you find answers to your questions and solutions to your issues.
