Cupcake Boss (M, T) 

Cupcakes are simply irresistible single servings of delicious cakes and frosting dressed up in perfect little packages. In this course, student chefs participate in a number of “challenges” to see who is the “boss” of each challenge. Some of the challenges are individual challenges and some are group challenges. 

Chef’s Delight (W, TH) 

This class is sure to be a delightful experience for young chefs. Several educational skills are enhanced as they share stories, participate in cooking experiences, and learn about kitchen safety and dining etiquette. Students will have opportunities to practice math and reading skills, learn science concepts, and develop good work habits as they work cooperatively in groups. What better motivator for learning than a good story and fun food?
