WNCC Collaborates with Carpenter Center

Western Nebraska Community College is collaborating with the Terry Carpenter Intergenerational Center in Terrytown to host classes, including Glass Etching, Trapunto Spring Violets (Corded Quilting Technique), Small Engine Repair with snow blowers and lawnmowers, and Kids Knitting camps.

"In an effort to provide outreach services into the communities we serve, WNCC strives to offer a variety of classes in a wide geographic span throughout our service district," says Judy Amoo, dean of economic and community development. "The Terry Carpenter Intergenerational Center is a great setting for us to offer classes, and Sam Serda welcomed the opportunity to partner with us toward this end."
