December 14: Spring book charging begins (4 weeks before semester begins)

January 12 – January 30: Notify Business Office if want checks mailed/other campus (1st day of classes)
January 23: Census date (enrollment is reviewed)
January 30: Aid applied to student accounts
February
February 2: Loans that are not subject to 30-day delay applied to student accounts (including Spring only)
February 6: Refund check available (if applicable). Refunds will be ready on Fridays until the end of the term.
February 11: First-time borrower loans applied to student accounts (30-day delay)
February 13: Refund checks available (if applicable) for 1st disbursement of first-time borrower loans (30-day delay)
March
March 9: 2nd disbursement of Spring only loans applied to student accounts and 2nd disbursement of first-time borrower loans (for Spring) applied to student accounts (30-day delay)
March 13: Refund checks available (if applicable) for Spring only and 30-day delay loans

May 13 – 15: Academic progress reviewed
