August 28: Census Date (enrollment is reviewed)

September 4: Financial aid applied to student accounts
September 7: Loans that are not subject to 30-day delay applied to student accounts (including Fall only)
September 11: Refund check available (if applicable). Refunds will be ready on Fridays until the end of the term.
September 15: First-Time borrower loans applied to student accounts (30-day delay)
September 18: Refunds available (if applicable) for 1st disbursement of first-time borrower loans (30-day delay)
October
October 13: 2nd disbursement of Fall only loans applied to student accounts
October 16: Refund checks available (if applicable) for Fall only loans
December
December 14: Spring book charging begins
January
January 22: Census date (enrollment is reviewed)
January 29: Aid applied to student accounts

February 1: Loans that are not subject to 30-day delay applied to student accounts (including Spring only)
