Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Administrator

Western Nebraska Community College is currently accepting applications for the position of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Administrator.

Responsibilities:  
Under the direction of the Director and Associate Director of Information Technology, the ERP Administrator is responsible for the installation, maintenance, security, and daily support of the College’s ERP, currently Ellucian Colleague, and its integration with third party software systems.  The ERP Administrator will maintain the ERP and its related applications including Web Advisor, Self-Service, ODS and other administrative systems that may be added or changed over time.  A core responsibility of the ERP Administrator is to maintain and update the DBMS environment and perform routine database administration on the ERP and other related databases.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.  Possession of, or the ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record that does not exclude the driver from coverage under WNCC’s vehicle insurance is required.

Experience preferred:

  • At least 3 years experience with Ellucian Colleague, Web Advisor, Self Service support and administration.
  • At least 1 year experience with Unidata.
  • At least 1 year experience with Microsoft SQL.
  • Experience with Microsoft Software Products including, but not limited to, Share Point, Windows Server, Office, and Hyper-V.
  • Experience with SAValet and DMI listeners.
  • Experience working in higher education.
  • Experience with Ellucian Portal, Ellucian Self-Service (Student Planning, Student Finance, Financial Aid, etc.), Colleague Workflow, AP Technologies SecureCheck, ROC EasySpooler, Entrinsik Informer, Microsoft Active Directory, Web Wizard, or ImageNow/Perceptive Content.

Salary: 
Commensurate.

Start Date:  
Negotiable.
